With over 30 years of experience in employee relations, I bridge the gap between data-driven talent acquisition and the vibrant arts scene of Los Angeles. My background in Gujarati-Maharashtrian traditions adds a unique cultural richness to my work.
Interests
I have a passion for fusion cooking, Zumba, and yoga. I am also known for my ability to design performance systems that feel less like corporate mandates and more like creative collaborations.
Projects
